I offer Group Fitness Training, One On One Private Lessons, Nutrition Counseling, and I do Speaking Engagements.

I offer 2 training programs:

1.) Healthy Lifestyle: A 4 week training program.  Every 4 weeks, you are guaranteed to lose 8-12 pounds.

2.) Life Changer: A 90 day training program.  If you do the program, you will lose 35 or more pounds guaranteed or your money back.



4 Week Package (12 sessions)

  1. A menu to help you stay on track and help you to develop a healthy lifestyle.
  2. Weight monitoring (weight will be checked bi-weekly to monitor your weight loss or gain). Before and after pictures will be taken monthly.
  3. A goal set to lose 8-10 lbs. a month.
  4. One on one training consultation to help improve your workout during each session.
  5. 2 free guest passes monthly.
  6. 1 free TYME FITNESS t-shirt.
  7. 1 hour sessions 3 times a week.
